You and your friend are to plan a trip to an English speaking country in Europe.
You leave __________ for _____________Airport on ___________ in the morning and must be back in __________ again the following weekend at the very latest.

After arriving at ________________ you can go anywhere you want – as long as the country is English-speaking. Together you have £/euro____________ at your disposal plus an open return flight ticket, economy class.

When you plan the trip you must remember that you have to present the itinerary and the budget for your holiday to your class.

Write a diary for each day.

While travelling you must solve the following problems:

You must visit between one and three different towns or cities in the country. Give a brief description of each town or city (geography, inhabitants, history, sights).

Plan how you want to get from place to place. By car, coach, train? How much do you pay?

In each town or city you must find some kind of cheap accommodation. Inform about price and address.

In every town or city you must describe at least one tourist sight that you want to visit. Give reasons why.

One evening in one of the places you want to do something cultural. What do you want? Concert, theatre, sport?

In one of the towns or cities you want to find a restaurant where you can eat something typical for that country. Where do you go? What do you have to eat?

You decide to visit a school in the country. Find a school homepage and read about the school. Link.
